Setting up email on your cell phone

We recommend installing the Microsoft Outlook app. Unfortunately, the exact steps will vary depending on the phone manufacturer.

Add an account. Choose Exchange if it asks what type of account.
Use the same password that you log into your computer with.*
Choose manual setup and fill in these values:
  1. Server: webmail.popligroup.com
  2. Domain: popliengineers
  3. Username: the first part of your email address,e.g. jdoe
  4. Password: the same password that you log intoyour computer with*
  5. Description: whatever you want to call it, e.g. work
* Some field employees have separate laptop and email passwords. In that case, use your email password.
